For those that don’t eat meat and wanna try a new dish with black-eyed peas, then moin moin might be it for you (nigerian black-eyed pea cake).

I grew up on this stuff, and you can put anything you want in it; meat, egg, fish, etc.I’m use to the meat, egg, fish style. But I’ve thought about asking mom to try putting spinach in it. Wonder how it’ll taste. Hmmm
